Pre-Order
Our payment system requires full payment for any pre-orders. However, if you wish to pay after the product has been released, please send us your inquiry through email([email protected]). We will send you a Paypal payment request for 20% non-refundable deposit for the pre-order item you wish to purchase.

Once the order is ready for pick up, please come within a week to avoid cancellation. If you need more time, please reply to the pick up notice email you received.

*We DO NOT recommend combing "pre-order" item and "in-stock" item. If your order includes pre-order items, the order will not ship until all items in the order are in-stock. 

*FULL payment is required when purchasing 3 or more pieces for the same item.

*If the MSRP has changed by the distributor/manufacturer, we will contact you and you will have the option to either keep your order or cancel it. No cancellation fee will apply.


$13.99 Flat Rate Shipping within Canada
$13.99 applies for each shipment. If your order exceed 1 shipment(i.e. two 1/4 scale statues would require two shipments), additional $13.99 will be charged for each shipments. We will send you the payment request prior to shipment.



Reward Points System
Reward Points system will be terminated by the end of June 2022. Instead of the reward points, we will apply our in-store prices to all the merchandises on toytards.com. That's roughly 5% off our previous prices. Existing reward points WILL NOT expire. All the pre-orders placed before June 2022 will still receive reward points. Please feel free to apply Reward Points to your next order!



Return
Unwanted unopened merchandise (excluding accessories and large items) may be returned for a refund(exclude shipping charge) within 5 days of purchase, but restocking fee of 20% will apply. Shipping charges for these returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require pre-authorization. Please do not send back items without contacting us first, no exception. Return refunds will be processed the next business day after we have received your return.

Please leave us a note during check out if you like us to inspect the items you have purchased (recommended for high value items or statues). If it passes our inspection and still arrived damaged, we will cover the return/exchange shipping cost. If customer insisted to keep the product sealed and it arrived damaged, you might have to cover the return postage. Please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the item if you have received a manufacture defect. Defective items are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will provide you with information in regards to contacting the appropriate manufacturer for replacement of your defective item. Unfortunately imperfect paint does not qualify as manufacture defect.

If we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. 

Cancel a Pre-order items
All pre-order cancellations will be charged a minimum 20% cancellation/ restocking fee. This is primarily because we are still obligated to pay the vendor for your item. If there's more than 3 cancellations, your future pre-orders may not be fulfilled.
